How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery in the Netherlands and Belgium takes 1–2 business days. Other countries vary by destination. See our Shipping page for full details.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to almost every country worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.



Can I change or cancel my order?

What's your return policy?

You have 14 days from delivery to return your order. See our Returns page for the process.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Product & suitability

Is Calmbay suitable for coloured, bleached or chemically treated hair?

Yes. Our formulas are gentle and designed not to interfere with hair colour or chemical treatments.

Is Calmbay suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

Our products contain active ingredients designed for scalp health. If you're pregnant or breastfeeding, we suggest checking with your doctor or midwife before introducing new actives into your routine.

Is Calmbay vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes. All Calmbay products are vegan and never tested on animals.

Where is Calmbay made?

Calmbay is developed and produced in the Netherlands, in collaboration with a laboratory with over 100 years of experience in cosmetic formulation.

How should I store the product?

At room temperature, out of direct sunlight. Once opened, use within 12 months for best results.

Using Calmbay

When can I expect to see results?

First improvements are typically visible from 10 days. For significant results, we recommend using Calmbay consistently for at least 30 days. Many people see continued improvement up to 60 days, so for the best outcome, give it the full course.

Do I need to keep using Calmbay once my dandruff is gone?

We recommend it. Dandruff is linked to scalp microbiome balance and balance needs maintenance. You can reduce the treatment frequency to once a day or a few times per week, and use the Calmbay shampoo at least once a week alongside your regular routine. This keeps the scalp in balance and helps prevent flare-ups. One bottle is sufficient for 2 applications per day for 60 days.

Can I use Calmbay with my existing haircare products?

Yes. Calmbay is designed to fit into your current routine, not replace it.



Can I use Calmbay alongside medication for seborrhoeic dermatitis?

If you're under treatment from a dermatologist or trichologist, we suggest checking with them before combining Calmbay with prescribed products.
