Your Calmbay order is shipped from the Netherlands via PostNL. Below you'll find delivery times, shipping costs and what to expect when ordering from abroad.

Netherlands
- Delivery: 1-2 business days after payment
- Shipping cost: €5,95 per order
- Free shipping on orders over €99

Belgium
- Delivery: 1-2 business days
- Shipping cost: €5,95 per order

Rest of Europe and worldwide
- Delivery: 3-7 business days
- Shipping cost: calculated at checkout based on destination and weight

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel in real time.

If your parcel hasn't arrived

If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery time, email us at hello@calmbay.com and we'll sort it out with you.

Customs, taxes and import duties (outside the EU)

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to local import VAT, customs duties and handling fees. These charges are set by the destination country and are paid by the recipient on delivery, typically to the carrier. Calmbay has no influence on these costs and cannot estimate them in advance.

Orders to the United Kingdom

Since Brexit, the UK is treated as a non-EU country. When your Calmbay order arrives, the carrier will collect:

- 20% UK VAT on the value of your order
- A handling fee charged by the carrier (typically £8-£12)
