Not happy with your Calmbay order? You have 14 days from delivery to return it. Here's how it works.

Your right of withdrawal

As an EU consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This is your legal right under EU law.

How to return your order

1. Email us at hello@calmbay.com within 14 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number and which product(s) you'd like to return
3. We'll send you return instructions within 2 business days
4. Send the product back in its original or equivalent packaging

Refunds

- We refund the full purchase amount within 14 days of receiving your return (or proof of shipment)
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the product was defective or sent incorrectly

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products made to personal specifications
- Digital products you have already downloaded (after explicit consent)
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, once the seal is broken after delivery

Damaged or wrong product?

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, email us at hello@calmbay.com straight away. We'll resolve it at no cost to you.
