As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to cancel a one-time order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. This is your legal right of withdrawal under EU law.

HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER

 

Step 1 — Notify us

Email hello@calmbay.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include:

- Your name

- Your order number

- Which product(s) you wish to cancel

You may also use the model withdrawal form below.

 

Step 2 — Return the product

Send the product back within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the product was defective or incorrectly delivered.

REFUND

- You will receive a full refund within 14 days of us receiving the returned product (or proof of shipment).

- Refunds are processed via the same payment method as the original purchase.

EXCEPTIONS

The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to:

- Products made to your personal specifications.

- Digital products you have already downloaded (after giving explicit consent).

- Sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery.

- Products that by their nature cannot be returned (e.g. perishable goods).
